  My 20 year old son passed away suddenly and this was the only place I knew to go to. They took me for every dime I had. His funeral was $22,000. He was 6'5" and they even charged me extra for a larger casket. But I wanted the best for my baby boy so I paid it. After the funeral they handed my husband a blanket with photos printed on it and said they had that made for me. After looking at my itemized bill a few months later, that blanket was no gift, that blanket was $595. What a bunch of crooks. Well the spot next to my son was open and I wanted to be burried next to my son so I purchased it. At first I purchased a double spot but then changed it to a single spot. They still haven't changed it in their system to a single spot and show that I still owe for a double spot. They won't return my phone calls, the man who works there acts like he doesn't remember our conversations and is so rude to me. This place should be shut down and new owners need to run it. For them to take advantage of people who have just lost their loved ones (our son) I don't know how they sleep at night. They will have to face our maker one day.

  Unfortunately, my pastor recommended this awful cemetery! I buried my 17year old April 2016. Feb 15 is his 18th birthday and we want to plant a tree on this day. I arrive a day early, today, to drop off 15 gallon oak tree and met with James, the manager sadly. He's unprofessional, a liar, uncompassionate, disgusting person. He was so rude and this is not the first time during this year I in countered this sorry being of a person. Don't bury your family member here! I regret it! I wish I could take my son out and go somewhere else! Don't do it! Awful place!
  
  The only compassionate person I've met with is Tyler! She did a wonderful job! After funeral everything went down the drain.

  It is quite unfortunate to have to conduct business with a funeral home as losing a loved one is quite burdensome and overwhelming. The staff at Davis Greenlawn were so professional and caring. They made a very difficult situation much easier. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience as best as it could be!

  Selling Cemetery lots--- I strongly agree this James person in charge needs to go....he told me would need lawyer and papers drawn up for this. I called the San Antonio coorperate office and this is not true. James is rude and a know it all and if he was doing the services there would be no further burials.
  The cemetery is trashey and all those old arrangements should be picked up instead of the ornaments loved ones leave...I agree if not for Tyler there would be no business - not at this location.
  James you need to resign and get out

  Our family has been using Davis Greenlawn since 1992. We have 7 relatives buried there and my husband and I will be buried there next to my mom. In all the years we have used them we have had nothing but great things to say about them. We have had only good experiences with all the employees there. Tyler was the one to help us the last two times and she is wonderful, compassionate,sincere and very helpful to our family. So keep up the great work Davis Greenlawn. Thank you all for all you have done for the Pearson and Lerma families. Betty Lerma
